1. Controller and recipients of personal data

We inform you that your personal data collected more generally, within the framework of the relations you may have with our company, are processed by the company GADFACE SAS ("Switch up") whose registered office is based at La Pinsonnière, 44096 Mésanger, France. The data collected is intended to be used by Switch up. It will also be made accessible to our technical service providers ("subcontractors" in the sense of the regulation), for the strict needs of their mission. Access is strictly controlled by the security policies in place so that human intervention on data remains very exceptional. In addition, such access is governed by standard contractual clauses in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation for data transfers outside the EU.

2. Legal basis and purposes of the collection of personal data

Where some of your data is necessary for us to perform a contract to which you or your company is a party, we will inform you of this at the time of collection. Your data will be used in different ways, depending on the reason you contacted us:


- On the basis of consent, which you may withdraw at any time without calling into question the initial lawfulness of the use of your data, for the organisation of any promotional operation;


- For the purposes of executing your contract or a contract concluded with the company you represent (execution of services, invoicing, follow-up of the execution of the contract, delivery, complaints, carrying out of satisfaction surveys, management of the customer file, management of unpaid invoices and disputes);

3. Rights of individuals

You have the right to access, rectify any erroneous data concerning you and, in the cases and within the limits provided for by the regulations, to oppose, delete or limit the use of some of your data or request their portability with a view to their transmission to a third party. To exercise your rights, simply write to us at contact@switch-up.fr and attach, if necessary, any document proving your identity and your request.

4. Retention of personal data

Your data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes. The data used to manage the customer relationship will be kept for 10 years after the end of the commercial relationship. Data collected during commercial prospecting operations will also be kept for 6 months after collection. At the end of these periods, the data will be deleted from the active databases and, if necessary, archived for a period not exceeding the legal prescription periods or the applicable archiving obligations. Once these periods have expired, the data will be destroyed.

5. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of the Data

The Data required by Switch up to achieve the purposes described above are indicated by an asterisk on the contact form. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, we will not be able to respond to your requests and/or provide you with the desired services. Data not marked with an asterisk is optional; it allows us to get to know you better and to improve our communications and services to you.
