In the context of the Pays de la Loire Region's call for innovation "Resolutions", the community of the Braye and Anille Valleys has chosen Switch Up to put human and technology at the service of the attractiveness of its territory and its companies.
Already present via its reception and integration platforms in the Tours Loire Valley and Nantes Metropole, Switch Up brings its solutions to employers in rural areas!
The solutions developed by Switch Up aim to create a link between employment and the attractiveness of a territory: employers and in particular HR departments departments rely on Switch Up's tools to highlight the the assets of the territory in job advertisements and during the entire recruitment process !
The tool for promoting the territory Bien Vivre chosen by the Community of Communes of the Braye and Anille Valleys will allow employers to offer more than just a job by speaking out about the employment area where the company is located. The digital solution positions the employment areas of the Braye Valley and the Anille in relation to a national average on 11 themes: housing, safety, education, employment, quality of life, health. .. All these themes allow candidates to project themselves in a new place of life in parallel with their application to the company.
HR departments thus have an additional asset to attract new employees by strengthening their employer brand on the theme of territorial attractiveness. Bien Vivre can thus be integrated directly into employers' job employers' job sites.
